New Training Program: Functional Fitness

If your current fitness program has you struggling with boredom or lack of results, or if you simply cannot find enough time to work out, you have to try Functional Fitness.

Functional Training:

  • Small Groups of only 3 - 6 people
  • Train on cutting edge functional equipment
  • Build Strength, Muscle, and Mental Toughness

Who's welcome:

  • ALL who dare to challenge themselves!

What should I bring to class:

  • Bring heart, we'll provide the rest
  • No prior experience required

Cost:

  • Package of 4 classes: $120
  • Package of 10 classes: $250
  • One month unlimited classes: $300

Schedule:

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays: 7:30PM – 8:30PM
  • Sundays: 8:00AM – 9:00AM
  • Mondays: 9:15AM – 10:15AM
