Small Group Training
Motivation, teamwork, results. This is what you will experience in one of our Small Group Training (SGT) sessions. Held inside The Epicenter, our functional training studio, you will be challenged with the latest functional strength and performance training methods and learn a variety of non-traditional exercises. Using tools like sandbags, medicine balls, heavy ropes, and kettle bells you will improve core strength, endurance, balance, power, and flexibility.
SGT sessions are designed with all fitness levels in mind, available in three progressive levels.
