The Avila Bay Athletic Club & Spa is a great place to hold your special event.  Whether it is a meeting well suited to the use of our conference room, or an outdoor wedding in our beautiful garden, we are happy to help you with every last detail!  There are no room rental or guest fees for members of the club, and we offer reduced guest fees of $10 per adult and $5 per child for those non-members that attend your event.

Conference Room:
The conference room can be reserved by both members and non-members.  It seats 15 people comfortably.  We are happy to assist with any catering and rental needs that you might have. 

Garden
Our garden area is a fabulous place to have your event in a beautiful, private setting.  We are happy to reserve this space for member-sponsored events.  It is a great area for parties, meetings, weddings, and retreats.  The space will hold over 100 people for a cocktail reception, or approximately 100 people can be seated comfortably.

Cabana
This area of the club includes a large space for seating, and a built-in stage for your meeting or party.  This is where the club holds its Friday night happy hour events in the summer.  It is perfectly suited for having a band with an adjoining dining area.  The standing and sitting capacity is similar to that in the Garden area.

Group Meeting Room
This space is a perfect alternative if you need an indoor area with more space than the conference room.  It is also a great solution for those concerned about the weather.  The room can be reserved based on availability for member-sponsored events.  It will hold 75 -100 people seated comfortably.
