Twelve Month Review: If 12 months has passed since your last orientation you are welcome to get a free re-evaluation of your program.

Training with Jeff Allen at The Hills
Tae Kwon Do Learn about Korean Martial Art of Self Defense. Learn to build confidence, integrity and ultimately creating better citizens. This class is for children age 5 – 17. Class Meets twice a week, Tuesday’s 6:00PM – 7:30PM & Saturday’s 11:15AM – 12:45AM.

Youth Training Youth group training is for youths age 12 – 14. Give youth an edge! The Training involves strength, flexibility, endurance and overall fitness. This 12 week program will orient youth to the fitness room and the gym equipment. They will learn the proper technique’s in the weight room over a 12 week span. Each session is 1 ½ hours long and they meet twice a week M&W 4:00PM – 5:30PM.
