Kid's Club Information and Policy

Sign-In
All parents are required to sign their child IN and OUT on the daily attendance sheet.  Please print your full name and the club area you will be using.  Parents will be automatically charged 3 hours if they do not sign in or out.  The club has no other way of determining a child’s length of stay.  Time will be determined by the Kids’ Club clock only.

Registration Release
A registration release and child information form must be filled out completely.  This information will be kept on file for emergency purposes.
Age Limit
3 months old – 12 years old. Limit 7 children at one time (first come basis).
Parents
All parents must remain at The Hills while their child is being cared for.  If your child becomes ill, extremely unhappy or unmanageable, you will be paged to the Kids’ Club.  Any parent who violates this policy will be precluded from using the Kids’ Club.
Snacks
Absolutely no food allowed in the childcare room.  Only baby bottles are allowed.
Playthings
We recommend that personal belongings be left at home (other than security blankets, bottles, etc.).  The Hills is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Diaper's
Childcare staff does not change diapers. All diaper changing must be done by the parents and only at a diaper changing station.
Attire
Shoes are not allowed in the Kids’ Club.  Shoes must be placed in the storage cubby by the entrance gate.  Hooks are provided for outerwear.
Sick Children
Absolutely no sick children will be accepted into the Kids’ Club.  We strive to keep our childcare a healthy, happy and safe place.  Please respect other children who are well.  It is up to the childcare staff’s discretion to deny entry to any child that appears to be sick.
Parents must remain on club premises at all times while children are in the Kids' Clubhouse.
